My Future Career Aspirations – Ben Smart

I am currently going through the motions of completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leading/Supervising. Roughly, I will complete this apprenticeship in Q4 of 2023. Once I have finished, I will move to a full team-leading role taking on more/new responsibilities. My decision beyond this is to take on the next stage of my education with the following apprenticeships:

• Level 5 Operations/Departmental Management
• Level 6 Charter Management Degree Apprenticeship
• Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship

With each stage, I will gain new and challenging skills and how to effectively implement them in my work.

All the above courses are an exciting opportunity to learn and progress further and I am very grateful to Steph & Gary; the owners of Blue Whale Media for supporting me as I make my way through each of these 4 apprenticeships.
